1) What We Do

We provide calling solutions, including automated dialing, multi-level IVR, call landing to your agents, call landing to our professional agents, conversion-focused call-to-actions (CTAs), and reports & analytics.

2) Data We Process

Business data: lead lists, customer contact details, campaign metadata, scripts/FAQs/CTAs.

Call data: call logs, outcomes/dispositions, timestamps, IVR paths, call recordings (if enabled).

Technical data: device/browser info, IP, cookies for essential site/session and basic analytics.

Account & billing: company details, contact info, GST, payment confirmations.

3) How We Use Data

To execute campaigns (auto-dial/IVR/call landing), enable CTAs, generate reports & analytics, provide support, improve quality, and prevent fraud/misuse.

4) What We Don’t Do

We do not sell your data.

We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to providing/improving our services or legal compliance.

5) Sharing & Sub-processors

Limited sharing with trusted providers (telecom carriers, cloud/hosting, analytics, payments) solely to deliver the above services, under confidentiality/data-protection terms.

6) Compliance & Responsibilities

We act on your instructions as processor/service provider. You are responsible for lawful lead data, consent/notice obligations, and regulatory compliance (e.g., TRAI/DND/UCC rules).

7) Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.

8) Retention & Data Cooling Period

We retain operational data while your account is active and as required by law.

On cancellation/termination, we enforce a 3-month Data Cooling Period: data is stored in restricted mode and not used for any other purpose.

After 3 months, we delete or anonymize from active systems, except where longer retention is legally required or needed to defend claims/audit/tax.

9) Your Rights
