1) Services

We deliver automated dialing, multi-level IVR, call landing to your agents, call landing to our professional agents, CTA execution (press-1, SMS/WhatsApp links, callbacks), and reports & analytics.

2) Roles & Responsibilities

You (Client): Provide accurate/lawful lead data; ensure scripts/offers comply with law; obtain required consents/notifications for calls/recordings/CTAs; comply with TRAI/DND/UCC and sectoral regulations.

We (Salezzy): Operate the dialer/IVR/routing/reporting systems, provide agents where contracted, and maintain reasonable security/QA.

3) Setup, Credits & Validity

Setup may include DID provisioning, IVR design, routing, and reporting.

Pay-Per-Dial: A “dial” = a call attempt initiated by our systems/carriers (connection not guaranteed).

Yearly Validity: Credits must be consumed within the stated validity (typically 12 months); unused credits expire.

4) Pricing & Payment

Fees per your Order/Proposal (₹/dial, minimums, add-ons like DID). Taxes (e.g., GST) extra.

Payments are upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5) Call Landing & Recordings

To your agents: We auto-dial and land qualified calls to your internal team to maximize talk-time.

To our agents: Our trained agents handle conversations per your brief.

Recordings (if enabled): For QA/compliance; you must ensure legally required notices/consents.

6) Reports & Analytics

Daily/periodic dashboards: answer rates, talk-time, IVR paths, dispositions, CTA performance, follow-up queues (subject to carrier/network variations).

7) Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful/deceptive/harassing calls, no DND violations, no spoofing, no abuse of infrastructure. We may suspend for suspected violations, non-payment, or legal risk.

8) Cancellations & Refunds

No cancellations and no refunds after purchase. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9) Availability & Dependencies

Telecom/network dependencies apply. We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance windows or carrier issues may affect performance.

10) IP & Data

We retain IP in our software, workflows, and materials. You own your data and marks. Each party keeps the other’s confidential information secret and uses it only to perform the agreement.

11) Indemnity & Liability

You indemnify us for claims arising from your data, scripts, offers, or unlawful use.

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect/consequential damages or lost profits; total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12) Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach (with notice and cure period). On termination, the Data Cooling Period applies (see Privacy Policy).

13) Governing Law & Disputes

Laws of India; venue Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (unless mutually agreed otherwise). Parties will attempt good-faith resolution before proceedings.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
