Effective Date: 09 October 2025
1) No Refunds
All purchases—plans, pay-per-dial credits, DID numbers, add-ons—are non-refundable once paid.
2) No Cancellations After Purchase
Orders can’t be cancelled after payment. You must consume call credits within their validity.
3) Consumption & Validity
A credit is deducted per dial attempt initiated by our systems/carriers (connection not guaranteed).
Credits carry Yearly Validity (typically 12 months) and expire if unused.
4) Data Cooling Period
Upon cancellation/termination, your data enters a 3-month Data Cooling Period (restricted storage; no use for any other purpose). After 3 months, we delete or anonymize from active systems, except where retention is legally required or needed to defend claims/audit/tax.
5) Statutory Exceptions
If mandatory law grants a non-waivable right to a refund/cancellation, we will honor it as required and only to that extent.
